CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY USER / BUYER.

(A) After placing an order, customer can  cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending/processing”.

(B) After the order is processed and buyer have received shipping details and tracking id buyer can still cancel the order.

(i) 100% Refund issue in 1hr by TheCrazyKid ( refund will be issue in a hour by us, bank may take its processing time ).

(ii) Actual shipping expense will be deduct  and refund will be made.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY

TheCrazyKid reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether  the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and buyer will be reward with 5% penalty ( adjust on buyer next purchase) from TheCrazyKid. 

RETURN POLICY:

The customer has to inform for the return of product within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing video of the parcel. Return is acceptable only if any damaged or wrong product delivered.
